Human immunoglobulin IgA. No cross-reactivity to human IgG, IgM and other human plasma proteins

Preparation

Purification by affinity chromatography using immobilized human IgA. Cross-adsorption using immobilized human IgG and IgM. Purification by gel filtration and anion-exchange chromatography to remove protein aggregates and free peroxidase

Format

Antibody solution 1.2 mg/ml in the buffer (0.05M sodium phosphate pH 7.5, 0.1 m NaCl, 50% glycerol, 5 mg/ml BSA)
