Specificity

Human immunoglobulin IgA. No reactivity against human IgG, IgM, other serum proteins

Preparation

Purification by affinity chromatography using immobilized IgA. Cross-adsorption against human IgG, IgM and other serum proteins. Antibody concentration was determined by extinction coefficient prior to conjugation to biotin.

Format

Solution containing antibody conjugate (1 mg/ml) and bovine serum albumin (5 mg/ml) in 50% glycerol, 0.1 M sodium chloride, 0.05 M sodium phosphate, pH 7.5. The product does not contain protein aggregates, free biotin or unconjugated antibody
