Specificity

Human IgG, IgM, IgA. Does not react with other human serum proteins.

Preparation

Purification by affinity chromatography using human IgG, IgM, IgA coupled to Sepharose. Purification by gel filtration and anion-exchange chromatography to remove protein aggregates and free peroxidase.

Format

Antibody solution 1.2 mg/ml in the buffer containing 0.05 M sodium phosphate pH 7.5, 0.1 M NaCl, 50% glycerol, 5 mg/ml BSA

ELISA (x1000), Immunohistology, Blotting. Dilution should be adjusted to the appropriate task
