Specificity

Human immunoglobulin IgG. No cross-reactivity to human IgM, IgA and other human plasma proteins

Preparation

Purification by affinity chromatography using immobilized human IgG. Cross-adsorption with immobilized human IgM and IgA. Purification by gel filtration and anion-exchange chromatography to remove protein aggregates and free peroxidase.

Format

Antibody solution 1.2 mg/ml in the buffer (0.05M sodium phosphate pH 7.5, 0.1 M NaCl, 50% glycerol, 5 mg/ml BSA)
