Specificity

Human immunoglobulin IgG (gamma chain). No cross-reaction to human IgA, IgE, IgM or other human plasma proteins

Preparation

Precipitation with sodium sulphate and DEAE-cellulose chromatography. Gel filtration and ion-exchange chromatography to remove free peroxidase and unconjugated antibody.

Format

Solution containing antibody 1.2 mg/ml in buffer (0.05 M sodium phosphate, 0.1 M NaCl, 50% glycerol, 5 mg/ml BSA)
