Specificity

Specific to human IgM (heavy chain). No cross-reactivity towards human IgG, IgA and other human plasma proteins

Preparation

Purification by affinity chromatography using immobilized human IgM with cross-adsorption against IgG and IgA. Purification by gel filtration and anion-exchange chromatography to remove protein aggregates and free peroxidase.

Format

Antibody solution 1.2 mg/ml in the buffer (0.05M sodium phosphate pH 7.5, 0.1M NaCl) containing 50% glycerol and 5 mg/ml bovine serum albumin

ELISA (x10000), Immunohistology, Blotting. Dilution should be adjusted to the appropriate task
