Binds native 3D epitopes of Human Collagen type V. No cross-reactivity to other human collagens. No cross-reactivity to human plasma proteins

Preparation

Affinity purification on immobilized Collagen type V with cross-absorption to immobilised human blood plasma proteins and human collagen type I, II, III and IV. Overall process is designed to obtain a high purity type-specific antibody to native 3D collagen.
