Pricing, VAT and payment
Prices quoted on the website are exclusive Swedish VAT. Customers in Sweden will be charged 25% VAT and payment is requested by BankGiro.
Customers outside Sweden are requested to pay by a bank transfer or with a credit card. In the case of bank transfer the customer is responsible for his own bank's transfer fee (SHA payment option). Payments by credit cards are carried out via secure PayPal e-mail payment system (you do need to have your own PayPal account to make credit card payments). All major credit cards are accepted. If you would like to pay by credit card request at sales@yoproteins.com quoting the invoice number and you will receive e-mail with secure link to PayPal. We do not handle or store your credit card details.
EU customers need to submit their VAT number to qualify for VAT exemption.
Customers outside EU should be aware that they may be responsible for your home country's customs fees, VAT and sales tax
Orders with product value below 10,000 SEK or 1000 EUR are net 30-day from date of invoice. Pre-payment is required for larger orders. Please note that discounts are available for bulk deliveries.
Shipping
Appropriate shipping charges will be applied depending on the size of order, product’s requirements for cold storage and country of destination. For the products shipped at ambient temperature the shipping charges typically are: Sweden 300 SEK, EU area 30 EUR (22 EUR for Denmark, Norway, Finland), USA $57, Rest of the World 40 EUR. For shipments to US we recently noticed that the customs clearance is faster if the customer uses their own Fedex account. We therefore strongly recommend that US customers submit their Fedex account number. In this case we do not charge anything for shipping or handling
Claims and Returns
We apply strict quality control in regard to quality of the products. However, Client should be aware that our products are experimental in nature and are provided “as is” without any warranty that the product fits a particular purpose or its use will not infringe any patent, copyright, trademark, or other right of any party. Our claims of product suitability for particular applications are based on our own results and are not guarantee that the product will work in the same fashion in Client’s hands.
In case we make a mistake in your order, we shall either reimburse the cost of goods with shipping or send the replacement. In all other cases we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return of product. Requests for credit or return goods must be made within 7 days of receiving the products. We will not accept returned products without prior authorization.
Most of the products are delivered in small volumes or in lyophilized form. Client should strictly follow enclosed instructions for reconstitution. Vials with liquid should be spinned briefly for complete recovery.
