Porcine atelocollagen type I, sterile and lyophilised, 30 mg — a gel-forming 3D-culture and scaffold matrix. Extended pepsin digestion removes the non-helical N- and C-terminal telopeptides, the primary source of cross-species immunogenicity in collagen scaffolds, while the triple-helical molecule retains native conformation and self-assembly: neutralised at 37 °C it polymerises into a translucent, mechanically stable fibrillar gel for embedding cells, spheroids or explants. Supplied sterile — no further sterilisation required. The low-antigenicity alternative to native porcine type I cat. 882 and to the partial-pepsin-digested I/III blends cat. 223 and cat. 785.

STORAGE / RECONSTITUTION
Dissolve cold in 0.01–0.02 M acetic acid at 4 °C overnight. Do not vortex or heat above 4 °C before neutralisation. Ships at ambient temperature. Store lyophilised at −20 °C; store the reconstituted acidic solution up to 1 month at +4 °C.
