Mouse collagen type I purified from tail tendon, native (telopeptide-intact), sterile and lyophilised, 1 mg — suitable for 3D gel formation and cell-culture coating. Acid extraction without pepsin treatment preserves the intact triple helix and its telopeptides, so the molecule retains full native fibrillogenesis: neutralised at 37 °C it self-assembles into a fibrillar hydrogel with native cross-linking competence, the standard matrix for mouse-derived primary cells and syngeneic 3D models. STORAGE / RECONSTITUTION
Dissolve in 20 mM acetic acid; shake or stir for several hours or overnight at 2–8 °C. The material is dissolved when the suspension appears homogeneous with no schlieren pattern. Recommended concentration 1–5 mg/mL. Ships at ambient temperature. Store lyophilised protein 2 years at −20 °C or lower; store reconstituted protein 1 month at +4 °C.
