Goat polyclonal antibody against human urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA / PLAU), affinity-purified on immobilised urokinase and cross-adsorbed against human plasma proteins, 0.1 mg. Binds human urokinase with no affinity to other plasma proteins. The goat-host member of YO’s uPA antibody family — pair with the mouse monoclonals cat. 335 (clone PGM2005) and cat. 381 (clone PGM2001), or with the neutralising rabbit polyclonal cat. 168, to build capture / detect uPA immunoassays.
