STORAGE / RECONSTITUTION
Reconstitute with 1 mL sterile pure water. Ships at ambient temperature. Store lyophilised antibody 2 years at -20 °C or lower; store reconstituted antibody at +4 °C for up to 4 weeks, or aliquot and freeze at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw.
APPLICATIONS

- IHC, frozen sections (dilution x20) — acetone- or ethanol-fixed cryostat sections.
- Note — paraffin-embedded tissue gives less satisfactory staining, even after proteolytic or microwave retrieval.
