STORAGE / RECONSTITUTION
Reconstitute with 1 mL sterile pure water; mix gently by inversion, do not vortex. Ships at ambient temperature. Store lyophilised antibody 2 years at -20 °C or lower; store reconstituted antibody at +4 °C up to 4 weeks, or aliquot and freeze at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw.
APPLICATIONS
- ELISA — detection of human collagen III (starting dilution 1:3 000) as the detection arm of a sandwich ELISA; pair with cat. 380 (mouse mAb MC3-HA capture) and use cat. 889 (human collagen III antigen) as the immobilised standard. Validated on native plate-bound collagen III.
