anion-exchange chromatography to remove protein aggregates and free
peroxidase.

Immunohistology, Blotting. Dilution should be adjusted to the
appropriate task. Do not use azide together with HRP-conjugated products since azide strongly inhibits horseradish peroxidase (HRP)
