STORAGE

APPLICATIONS
- ELISA (capture) — coat at 1–5 µg/mL in carbonate / bicarbonate buffer pH 9.6 for total-IgG / IgM / IgA capture (vaccine-response titration, infectious-disease serology).
- ELISA (detection) — 1:5 000 to 1:30 000 as the detection arm against plate-bound human Ig, with a downstream anti-rabbit HRP secondary.
- Western blot — 1:1 000 to 1:5 000; detects human IgG heavy (~50 kDa) and light (~25 kDa) chains and the IgM chain (~70 kDa).
