Purification by affinity
chromatography using immobilized murine IgG, IgM, IgA. Antibody
concentration was determined by extinction coefficient prior to
conjugation to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Chromatographic
separation of free fluorescein and protein aggregates. Labeling four
molecules FITC per antibody
