Polyclonal rabbit antibody
anti-mouse (murine) immunoglobulins IgG, IgM, IgA conjugated to
horseradish peroxidase (HRP)
Specificity
Murine immunoglobulins
IgG, IgM, IgA. No cross-reactivity to other mouse plasma proteins.
Preparation
Purification by affinity
chromatography using immobilized mouse IgG, IgM, IgA. Purification
by gel filtration and anion-exchange chromatography to remove protein
aggregates and free peroxidase.
Format
Antibody solution 1.2
mg/ml in the buffer (0.05M sodium phosphate pH 7.5, 0.1 M NaCl, 50%
glycerol, 5 mg/ml BSA)
Applications and
recommended dilutions
ELISA (x1000),
Immunohistochemistry, Blotting. Dilution should be adjusted to the
appropriate task. Do not use azide together with HRP-conjugated products since azide strongly inhibits horseradish peroxidase (HRP)
Storage
Shipping at ambient
temperature. Storage for 1 year at -20°C or lower
