Polyclonal rabbit antibody
anti-human IgG, IgM, IgA conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP)
Specificity
Human IgG, IgM, IgA. Does
not react with other human serum proteins.
Preparation
Purification by affinity
chromatography using human IgG, IgM, IgA coupled to Sepharose.
Purification by gel filtration and anion-exchange chromatography to
remove protein aggregates and free peroxidase.
Format
Antibody solution 1.2
mg/ml in the buffer containing 0.05 M sodium phosphate pH 7.5, 0.1 M
NaCl, 50% glycerol, 5 mg/ml BSA
Applications and
recommended dilutions
ELISA (x1000),
Immunohistochemistry, Blotting. Dilution should be adjusted to the
appropriate task. Do not use azide together with HRP-conjugated products since azide strongly inhibits horseradish peroxidase (HRP)
Storage
Shipping at ambient
temperature. Storage for 1 year at -20°C or lower
